may think this game should be named 'Torture with Toys'...But
it's really a great game for me, because it gives me a way to
work out my prey drive safely!"
HERE'S HOW THE GAME
WORKS
"We need two people and my favorite
toy. Now throw the toy back and forth. My prey drive will kick in
pretty quickly, and I won't be able to resist the need to chase that
toy back and forth."
"I know I look silly, but I just
CAN'T HELP MYSELF! Every now and then, please let me catch the
toy, and then do that awesome 'GOOD BOY' scratchy-head thing.
You know, I'll continue to want to play and be a good sport."

Macie says...Dogs respond to
commands out of respect for their owners. Conversely, if
your dog habitually ignores your commands, he is showing you
that he lacks respect for you. Behavior problems cannot
escalate in dogs who respect their owners.
